7月24日，刘德华在其唯一官方平台“华仔天地”网站及APP上更新博文“Are you ready”，同时释出一张新电影《侠盗联盟》的照片，似乎暗示自己即将归来。刘德华于今年一月到泰国拍摄广告时堕马受伤，随后返港治疗修养半年时间，养伤期间除了仍有电影作品上映，几乎没有出席任何公开活动，甚少露面。此次在博客中发布照片并配上具有暗示意味的“Are you ready”，让粉丝们激动不已。

　　在刘德华当天发布的照片中，他帽檐压低、穿着低调，但是面带笑意，阔步前行。有粉丝发现，这张照片与其在新片《侠盗联盟》中饰演的大盗张丹的造型相似，而照片中还藏有一个彩蛋——刘德华身后汽车车牌为“8 11”，是电影《侠盗联盟》的上映日期。不少粉丝猜测这是华仔宣布正式复工前释放的讯号，极有可能在近日为新片《侠盗联盟》复出，“亮点：811!”“之前已经进棚为新片配音，这次又发了照片，看来确实要正式露面了吧，期待老大”。

　　由刘德华主演的新片《侠盗联盟》是一部融合了动作、冒险、喜剧、爱情等元素的动作冒险大片，主要讲述了刘德华饰演的大盗张丹经过五年牢狱之灾后，携手舒淇饰演的“美贼”叶红和杨祐宁饰演的超级骇客陈小宝重出江湖，组成“潮盗”三人组夺取稀世珍宝“盖亚”的故事。而张丹宿敌——由让·雷诺饰演的警察皮埃尔对三人穷追猛打，由此上演一出悬念迭生、精彩不断的“猫鼠游戏”。影片将于8月11日在国内上映。
